If your child is ill and cannot attend school, please telephone the school office on 01765 604208 as soon as possible or no later than 9.30am. An email may also be sent to [email protected]
If your child is absent from school we will call you if we have not had a message sent into school. In the event that we cannot make contact with you or anyone else on your list of contacts held in school, we will inform social services. Please ensure that you contact school everyday that your child is absent.
If your child has suffered from diarrhoea or vomiting, please ensure they are kept off school for 48 hours after the last bout of illness.
We do request that holidays are taken during the set school holidays and current Government regulations state that children will only be granted leave of absence under exceptional circumstances. If you still wish to request absence during term time you will need to complete and return a Leave of Absence Request Form which is available to download under the ‘Forms’ section or by clicking here. The Headteacher will then consider your request and advise you accordingly.
